By creating an account and using Typetale, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
To use Typetale, you must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to keep your account password secure and confidential.
We provide managed hosting services for the Ghost publishing platform, allowing you to create, manage, and publish content on the internet. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice.
You retain all ownership rights to the text, images, and other content ("Your Content") you publish on your Typetale-hosted site.
By using our service, you grant permission to Typetale to use, host, display, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing our service.
You are solely responsible for Your Content. You agree not to post or publish any content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates any third party's rights, including copyright and trademark. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

Exceeding these limits may result in a review of your account. We will notify you if your usage is considered excessive and may request that you upgrade your plan or reduce your usage. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that consistently and severely abuse these limits.

Typetale and its associated logos, branding, and service infrastructure are our exclusive property. You agree not to use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
The Typetale service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Typetale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles, resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Madhya Pradesh, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we will notify you by email or through our service. Your continued use of Typetale after a change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
