By using Typetale, you're agreeing to these Terms. It's that simple. If you don't agree with them, unfortunately, you can't use our service.
You need to be at least 14 years old to use Typetale. If you're reading this and you're under 14, we're flattered, but please come back when you're older!
We provide managed Ghost hosting for publishing posts and content on the internet. Think of us as your friendly neighborhood web host, but specifically for Ghost blogs.
You can post text, images, media, and non-media attachments on your Typetale-hosted site. However, remember that you're responsible for what you publish. Don't post anything illegal, harmful, or against Ghost's content policies.
We provide storage and bandwidth on a fair use basis. It's like an all-you-can-eat buffet - eat your fill, but don't try to empty the entire restaurant! If we determine that an account is abusing this policy, we reserve the right to terminate it at our sole discretion.
We hope it never comes to this, but we reserve the right to terminate accounts when necessary. This could be to comply with a user's request, legal requirements, or if we find a violation of these Terms or our fair use policy. If we do need to terminate an account, we'll do our best to provide notice, unless we're legally restricted from doing so.
You retain ownership of the content you post on your Typetale-hosted site. However, you grant us the right to host and display that content as part of our service. We own the Typetale brand, logo, and service infrastructure - please don't use these without our permission.
We work hard to provide a reliable service, but we can't guarantee that it will always be perfect. We're not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of Typetale, including server downtime, data loss, or any issues caused by third-party services we use.
If there's a dispute between us, we prefer to resolve it through arbitration. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of Madhya Pradesh, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know via email or through our service. Continuing to use Typetale after changes means you accept the new Terms.
