Typetale Refund Policy

At TypeTale.app, we strive to provide exceptional service and support. However, we understand that our platform may not meet every customer's expectations. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for the following:

• Monthly or annual subscription payments made within [30 days] of the initial purchase or renewal date.
• Unused portions of subscription fees if service is terminated due to our failure to provide services.

Ineligible for Refunds

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Setup fees, add-on services, or custom development work.

Annual Subscriptions
