Cancellation and Refund Procedure

  2. Our team will process the cancellation and issue a refund within [5-7 business days].
  3. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

Prorated Refunds

For monthly subscriptions, we offer prorated refunds for unused portions of the subscription term.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a partial refund, calculated as follows: Refund Amount = [(12 - number of months used) / 12] x annual subscription fee.
