We want you to be completely happy with Typetale. If our service doesn’t meet your expectations for any reason, we’re here to help.

15-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund on your initial subscription payment if you are not satisfied. To be eligible for a refund, your cancellation request must be made within 15 days of your first purchase.

After the first 15 days, all subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes but not limited to:

How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your Ghost Admin account and cancel your subscription from your console > billing section.
  2. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please send a brief email to human@typetale.app with your account details.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exceptions

In the rare event that we are unable to provide our service (a planned service discontinuation), we will issue a prorated refund for any unused portion of your subscription.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will not affect subscriptions already in effect, but will apply to new purchases and renewals.
